Gateway is a 26,000-square-foot complex on 18.5 acres. It offers:

• 10,000-square-foot exhibition space or banquet/reception area for up to 1,000 people
• 211-seat Morgan Theater with excellent acoustics and sound system, computerized lighting and a Grand piano
• Meeting rooms to accommodate up to 150 for meetings, 100 for banquets or 80 individuals in classroom setting
• Fully equipped commercial kitchen -- 11,025 square feet
• Concrete pad for outdoor performances in a natural grass amphitheater adjacent to the building. Excellent for outdoor concerts or events, with trees for shade and the building for shelter in the event of unexpected shower
• Indoor walking track and excercise room
